Learning Outcomes and Application | This unit of competency describes the skills and knowledge required to monitor, assess and maintain the operational safety of a workplace. The unit applies to individuals who assess and respond to workplace situational safety risks, including the need for defensive tactics and personal defence equipment.All work must be carried out to comply with workplace procedures, according to state/territory health and safety, biosecurity and environmental regulations, legislation and standards that apply to the workplace.Regulatory requirements apply to this unit.
